When I saw Kylie's post promoting her classes, I had no idea what to expect. Although I regularly attend breathwork meditation nights with a Shamanic Healing Practitioner, Kylie's classes were another level. With being a blend of movement, breathwork, humming and chanting, I came away feeling very relaxed, my mind was clearer, less tension in my body and I have to say, had the BEST night sleep in a long time. This workshop is designed for women who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stressed, disconnected, or constantly “on.” It’s for women wanting practical tools to regulate their nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and feel calmer, clearer, and more empowered.
You’ll learn simple, practical nervous system regulation tools including breathwork, grounding techniques, somatic practices, mindfulness, and gentle body-based exercises designed to help reduce overwhelm and restore balance.
Not at all. Everything is beginner-friendly and guided in a safe and supportive environment.
Just yourself, comfortable clothing, water, and an open mind. You may also like to bring a journal and there will be yoga mats and cushions on site.
This workshop is designed for participation so it is strongly recommended that you do so to get the most out of your experience.
No. This workshop is educational and wellness-based and is designed to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and emotional wellbeing. It is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.
This workshop blends nervous system education with practical embodied tools including somatic exercises, breathwork, mindfulness, gentle movement, and voice-based practices to help women feel calmer, safer, and more connected within themselves.
When the nervous system feels supported, many women experience improved emotional balance, reduced stress and anxiety, better sleep, increased energy, clearer thinking, and a greater sense of inner calm and resilience.
The workshop runs for approximately 3 hours, including gentle breaks and integration time.
